Further Information
- Lucite is a cast acrylic ideally suited to bath manufacture. It has a bright white finish, is warm to the touch and allows minor scratched to be polished out. For more information, click here to visit the Lucite website
- The manufacturing process uses variable temperature forming to ensure the cast acrylic is drawn uniformly before applying the glass fibre reinforcement. This ensures that the bath is uniformly strong across the surface
- Unlike many baths the baseboard is fully encapsulated with glass fibre to ensure a rigid and durable structure
- The bath mounting kit including feet and fixings are supplied with the bath
- The front panel curves in towards the bottom as an additional space saving feature (see Tech Drawing)
- The bath feet are adjustable from 120-160mm
- The Avocado is not suited to use with a shower screen
