• You can order online anytime using our secure Protx payment system, or you can call customer service Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm on 0845 121 6700. We have a 24 hour answering service outside of these times.
• We accept Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta. Unfortunately we do not accept AMEX cards.
• To pay by cheque, please contact customer services. Goods cannot be sent out until cheques have cleared.
What are the delivery times and costs?
• Standard delivery (5-10 working days) costs just £25 incl. VAT for bulky items and £4.95 inc VAT for small items such as taps
• Express Delivery (2-3 working days) is £40 inc VAT for large items and £6.95 inc VAT for small items such as taps

What are the delivery times for direct from supplier items?
• If the items are in stock with the supplier then the time is usually 3-5 working days. If the delivery time is critical please call us and we can check with the suppliers to get a more specific delivery window.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
• Unfortunately Bathroom Heaven can only deliver to mainland UK. For deliveries overseas (including deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and other territories of the UK that can only be reached by crossing the sea) we can organise delivery to a freight forwarder at any major port on the mainland. From that point, safe delivery of the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Which enclosures come with trays?
• Our Cascata range comes with tray, including the walk-in and steam showers. The Supernova and Glassline ranges do not come with trays, but suitable trays are listed in the extras section underneath each enclosure. Alternatively choose a tray from our shower trays page
When will I know the date of my delivery?
• On ordering you will be asked to select the preferred delivery period for your items (as listed above). When the order is scheduled to leave the warehouse you will receive a despatch email. Prior to your actual delivery our logistics department will call you to arrange a date that is suitable for you. The number for the logistics department in charge of your delivery should be included in your despatch email
Can trays be ordered with wastes on the opposite side from the pictures?
• No, we can only order in trays the same as those shown on the page
Where are the dimensions for items shown?
• If no dimensions are shown on the page you need to click on ‘tell me more’. This is because some items come in more than one size
How do I find out about the showroom?
• The Wolverhampton showroom number is 01902 404564, the number for King’s Cross is 020 7812 1300 and the Watford contact number is 01923 242 700.
• Our staff there can give you directions, location, and tell you if the product you are interested in is on show. In Wolverhampton and Watford our sales consultants can arrange viewings of items not currently on display in the showroom (this service must be booked in advance.)

How do I order a brochure?
• On the homepage and on the quick find menu on the right hand side of the website there is an ‘order a brochure’ button. Click on this to submit your details and we will despatch a brochure to you.
