• Manufactured using cast acrylic sheet, which is superior to the extruded acrylic used in cheaper baths.  Cast acrylic is strongre and any scratches can easily be polished out.
• 5mm acrylic plus 3mm fibreglass makes an exceptionally high 8mm total thickness
• Fibreglass is robotically sprayed to ensure an even application
• Acrylic sheet is heated to different temperatures to ensure evenness of thickness in the finished bath.  Cheaper baths tend to be thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom.
